研究心内科护理管理过程中不安全要素和相关的预防手段

摘要
目的探究心内科护理管理工作中的不安全因素,提出对应的预防策略降低护理风险发生率。方法回顾性分析2017年2月～2018年6月期间我院心内科住院部收治的104例患者病例资料,根据护理模式不同将其分为计划组与普通组。计划组患者制定风险控制管理策略进行护理,普通组患者运用常规管理策略进行护理。总结风险事件发生情况,对比两组患者护理质量。结果计划组患者使用风险管理策略进行护理后,风险事件发生率显著低于普通组患者,且所有患者的护理质量评分均显著高于普通组患者,组间数据值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心内科室护理工作中存在的潜在风险,制定风险管理制度应用于护理工作中,可有效预防风险事件发生,患者护理质量得到有效提升。
Objective To explore the unsafe factors in nursing management in cardiology department, and put forward corresponding preventive strategies to reduce the incidence of nursing risk.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 104 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018.They were divided into plan group and general group according to different nursing modes.The plan group developed risk control management strategies for nursing, while the general group used conventional management strategies for nursing.Summarize the occurrence of risk events and compare the quality of nursing between the two groups.Results After using risk management strategy for nursing, the incidence of risk events in the planned group was significantly lower than that in the general group, and the nursing quality scores of all patients were significantly higher than that in the general group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the potential risks in the nursing work of Cardiology department, the formulation of risk management system applied in nursing work can effectively prevent the occurrence of risk events and effectively improve the quality of patient care.
