昆仙胶囊对原发性膜性肾病患者内皮细胞功能及血清TGF-β1的影响

摘要
目的:观察昆仙胶囊对原发性膜性肾病患者内皮细胞功能及血清转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)的影响。方法:将原发性膜性肾病患者212例按随机数字表法分为观察组107例与对照组105例,对照组实施小剂量激素等综合治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予昆仙胶囊治疗,治疗并随访6个月后检测2组相关实验室指标、内皮细胞功能及血清TGF-β1水平变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗前,2组白蛋白(Alb)、肌酐(SC)r、24 h尿蛋白定量指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组Alb水平较治疗前上升,观察组Alb水平上升幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);2组SCr、24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前下降,观察组SCr、24 h尿蛋白定量下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组内皮素-1(ET-1)、TGF-β1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,2组ET-1、TGF-β1水平较治疗前下降,观察组ET-1、TGF-β1水平下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率为88.79%,对照组总有效率为57.14%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用昆仙胶囊治疗原发性膜性肾病疗效确切,可有效改善患者相关实验室指标及内皮细胞功能,降低血清TGF-β1水平。
Objective:To observe the effect of Kunxian capsules on endothelial function and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in serum in patients with primary membranous nephropathy. Methods:A total of 212 cases of patients with primary membranous nephropathy were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,107 and 105 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given comprehensive therapeutic scheme such as low-dose hormone, and the observation group was additionally treated with Kunxian capsules based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment and six-month follow-up, the changes in the related laboratory indexes,endothelial function and the levels of TGF-β1 in serum in the two groups were detected;the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results:Before treatment,compared the indexes of albumin(Alb),serum creatinine(SCr) and 24-hour urine protein in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05). After treatment,the levels of Alb in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05);the levels of SCr and 24-hour urine protein in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment, compared the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1) and TGF-β1 in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05); after treatment,the above levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.79% in the observation group, higher than that of 57.14% in the control group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Kunxian capsules has significant curative effect in treating primary membranous nephropathy,which can effectively improve the related laboratory indexes and endothelial function of patients, and reduce the level of TGF-β1 in serum.
