摘要
为了轻量化经编机的结构,首先分析了经编机墙板的结构特点,然后通过ANSYS进行有限元静力学分析,对影响墙板性能的墙板壳厚和筋板厚这两个重要参数进行模拟仿真分析。最终在保证满足结构性能指标的前提下,优化了参数取值,使墙板的质量下降了17%,从而有效地节约了经编机制造成本。
In order to reduce the weight of warp knitting machine,it analyzes the structural characteristics of warp knitting machine,applies the finite element static analysis to obtain the influence of two important parameters such as the thickness of both shell and ribs,Based on the ensuring the structural performance,it optimizes the parameters,shows the result that the wall weight is decreased by 17%,the cost of warp knitting machine is saved.
