摘要
目的:探究磁共振成像(MRI)联合CT对颅内海绵状血管瘤患者的诊断效能。方法:选取我院2015年3月~2017年12月颅内海绵状血管瘤疑似患者169例,经病理检查证实颅内海绵状血管瘤真阳性93例,169例疑似患者均行MRI与CT检测,统计MRI、CT单一检测及联合检测颅内海绵状血管瘤的结果,比较MRI、CT单一检测及联合检测颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断效能。结果:经MRI检测确诊颅内海绵状血管瘤真阳性78例,经CT检测确诊颅内海绵状血管瘤真阳性74例,经二者联合检测确诊颅内海绵状血管瘤真阳性91例;MRI、CT联合检测诊断灵敏度97.85%、诊断准确率93.49%较单一检测高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:MRI、CT联合检测,可显著提高颅内海绵状血管瘤诊断灵敏度及诊断准确率,有助于颅内海绵状血管瘤早期诊断及临床控制。
        Objective:To investigate the diagnostic efficiency of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) combined with CT in patients with intracranial cavernous hemangioma.Methods:A total of 169 suspected cases of intracranial cavernous hemangioma in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2017 were selected, 93 patients confirmed as true positive intracranial cavernous hemangioma by pathological examination. All of the 169 suspected patients were tested by MRI and CT. The results of single detection and combined detection of intracranial cavernous hemangioma by MRI and CT were recorded. The diagnostic efficacy of single detection and combined detection by MRI and CT of intracranial cavernous hemangioma was compared.Results:There were 78 cases of true positive intracranial cavernous hemangioma confirmed by MRI, 74 cases confirmed by CT, and 91 cases confirmed by MRI and CT. The sensitivity of the combined detection of MRI and CT was 97.85% and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.49%, all higher than those of single detection, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of MRI and CT can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of intracranial cavernous hemangioma. And it is helpful for early diagnosis and clinical control of intracranial cavernous hemangioma.
