羊水栓塞合并DIC:保留子宫的可能性?

<正>羊水栓塞(amniotic fluid embolism,AFE)是产科罕见的危急重症,一旦发生,孕产妇及围产儿死亡率高,也是产科子宫切除的主要原因之一。随着对该病认识的加深,抢救成功率逐年上升。同时,AFE存活者的远期恢复及再次妊娠的情况也引发了关注。现报道上海交通大学医学院附属苏州九龙医院1例AFE合并弥散性
