摘要

导师队伍建设是提升教育硕士人才培养质量的关键因素。审视我国教育硕士导师队伍的培训状况,还存在重遴选轻培训、重形式轻内容、重层次轻方法等不足。基于对英、美、日三国教育硕士导师队伍培训状况的分析,加强培训工作的总体设计和规划,构建职前、入职、职后一体化的培训体系,强化培训工作的保障体系建设,应成为我国教育硕士导师队伍培训变革创新的主要方向。
        The construction of instructor team is the key factor for improving the quality of education masters.Examining the training status of education master instructor in China,there are still some shortcomings,such as pay attention to selection,ignore training; pay attention to form,ignore content; pay attention to method,ignore level. Based on the analysis of the training status of education masters instructor in the United Kingdom,the United States and Japan,strengthen the overall design and planning of the training work,construct the training system integrating pre-employment,on-the-job and post-employment,strengthen the construction of guarantee system for training,it should be the main direction of reform and innovation in the training of education master instructor.
