不锈钢复合板结合界面的性质研究

摘要
爆炸焊接不锈钢复合板的界面呈波浪状,在复合板界面易出现空洞、空隙和微缝隙等微观缺陷。存在结合层微观缺陷的复合板按照NB/T 47013.3—2015进行超声波探伤检测,检测结果符合标准,但是有结合界面回波高、底波未有明显降低的现象。从结合界面的微观组织、波形特征和结合强度等方面进行分析发现,造成这种现象的主要原因是微缝隙和空洞的尺寸小,不能明显降低底波,但是能形成缺陷显示。适当调整爆炸焊接工艺参数,降低炸高和爆速等,可以有效解决复合板这类问题的发生。
        The interface of the stainless steel clad plate of explosive welding always showed wavy status,and had the micro defects,such as cavity,gap and micro gap in the interface zone of the clad plate.The clad plate with microdefects on the bonding interface was tested by ultrasonic test according to NB/T 47013.3-2015 standard,the test results met the standard,but there were phenomena that echo was high and the bottom wave was not obviously reduced in the interface.Based on the analysis of the microstructure,wave characteristics and bonding strength of the interface,the phenomena were mainly due to the small size of micro-gap and cavity,which can not significantly reduce the bottom wave,but there were defective.Properly adjusted explosive welding process parameters,reduced explosive height and explosive speed and so on,by doing that,the problems can be effectively solved.
