摘要
目的:探讨转录抑制因子Zeb1、转录辅抑制因子CtBP1在结肠腺癌中的表达及与其靶基因Ecadherin的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测结肠腺癌及癌旁组织中E-cadherin、Zeb1和CtBP1表达。结果:CtBP1在结肠腺癌组织及癌旁组织中表达阳性率分别为96.25%和100%,Zeb1分别为28.75%和0%,E-cadherin分别为32.50%和100%。E-cadherin表达和CtBP1表达不相关,而与Zeb1表达成负相关。结论:结肠腺癌中Zeb1与E-cadherin均表达异常;结肠腺癌中Zeb1异常表达可能是E-cadherin表达下调的机制。
Objective:To investigate the expression of transcriptional suppressor Zeb1and CtBP1, and the relationships with their target gene E-cadherin in colon adenocarcinoma.Methods:The expression of CtBP1,Zeb1and E-cadherin proteins in colon adenocarcinoma and the paired non-neoplastic tissue were detected by the immunohistochemistry staining method.Results:The positive rates of CtBP1expression in colon adenocarcinoma and the paired nonneoplastic tissue were 96.25% and 100%.The positive rate of Zeb1expression in colon adenocarcinoma and paired non-neoplastic tissue was 28.75%and 0%respectively.The positive rate of E-cadherin expression in colon adenocarcinoma and paired non-neoplastic tissue was 32.50%and 100%.The E-cadherin expression was not related with CtBP1expression,but was negatively correlated with Zeb1in colon adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:Zeb1and E-cadherin deregulate in colon adenocarcinoma,and the abnormal expression of Zeb1,has been involoved in the down-regulation of E-cadherin mechanism.
