摘要
油井在原油开发采集过程中,会出现不同程度的结垢现象,堵塞管道降低产能,危害原油生产设备,制约油井生产,还使油井维护作业量频繁增加,增加了人力物力,结垢严重时还会造成油井事故,致使油井关井或报废,致使原油生产成本上升。因此,防垢除垢工艺技术在油井生产过程中备受重视。主要分析了油井发生结垢的原因,阐述了化学防垢剂的选用原则及加药方式。
        In the process of oil development and collection of oil wells,there will be a different degree of scaling phenomenon,blocking the pipeline to reduce the productivity,endangering the production equipment of the crude oil,restricting the production of oil well,and increasing the amount of oil well maintenance work frequently,increasing the manpower and material resources,and causing the oil well accident when the fouling is serious,causing the well to turn off the well or to scrap the oil well.The cost of crude oil production rose.Therefore,the technology of scale prevention and scale removal has been paid much attention in the production process of oil wells.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of scaling in oil wells,and expounds the selection principles and dosing methods of chemical scale inhibitors.
