摘要

药物合成技术在药物生产过程中发挥着重要作用,通过结晶技术达到去除药品反应混合物中的杂质,获得相应的纯品的效果。在分析了药物合成结晶技术功能的基础上,分析了药物合成晶体生成及技术控制,并简要阐述了晶体结构测定方法,为药物合成结晶技术的应用和推广提供参考。
        The drug synthesis technology plays an important role in the drug production process.Through the crystallization technology,the impurities in the drug reaction mixture are removed,and the corresponding pure product effect is obtained.Based on the analysis of the functions of drug synthesis and crystallization technology,this paper analyzes the synthesis and technical control of drug synthesis,and briefly describes the determination method of crystal structure,which provides reference for the application and promotion of drug synthesis and crystallization technology.
