摘要
目的:筛选适用于医院临床医生面试的结构化面试指标。方法:运用文献计量法确定指标体系,用Delphi专家咨询法进行指标筛选。结果:经过两轮Delphi专家咨询,最终确定了二大维度四项适用于临床医生面试的结构化面试指标。结论:两轮咨询以后专家意见趋于一致,指标体系为医院临床医生的面试提供了评价工具,可更准确和更全面地评价医生的整体素质,有较高的实用价值。
Objective: To Select suitable indicators for structured interview of doctors. Methods: Using the bibliometric method to choose the research indicators,and using Delphi method to identify the indicators of structured interview. Results: The study explored indicators for structured interview of doctors. Four indicators were selected after two-round of Delphi method. Conclusion:The experts opinions tend to be consistent. It provides a tool of evaluation for the interview of doctors.The selected indicators can be comprehensive in evaluating the overall quality of doctors. It has big application value.
