大型国有建筑企业产权制度改革暨股权投资模式变化的研究

摘要
从国有建筑企业的发展背景和行业特性出发,对大型国有建筑企业在不同发展时期的产权制度改革方式和股权投资模式变化进行了深入的分析和研究。研究证明:在市场完全开放和竞争日趋激烈的今天,只要企业能与国家经济体制改革要求相呼应、同步发展,并在法律和政策允许的范围内,结合企业实际,进行多元化的产权制度改革,就能够较好适应社会主义市场经济发展的需求,取得持续、健康、稳定的发展。
According to the development background and industry characteristics of state-owned construction enterprises,the property right system reform mode and the change of equity investment mode of large state-owned construction enterprises in different development periods are analyzed and studied thoroughly.The research proves that,in today's fully open market and increasingly fierce competition,as long as enterprises can develop in step with the requirements of the national economic system reform,and within the scope permitted by law and policy,and combining with the reality of enterprises and carrying out diversified property right system reform,they can better adapt to the needs of the development of socialist market economy and achieve sustainable,healthy and stable development.
