摘要
通过赫尔槽试验,循环伏安曲线、塔菲尔曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测量,扫描电镜(SEM),中性盐雾(NSS)试验等方法对甲基磺酸体系镀锡用聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯嵌段聚醚(EPE)系列添加剂进行筛选、优化与复配。结果表明,使用0.50 g/L P-33+1.00 g/L F-28复配添加剂时可在低碳钢上得到结晶细致、表面平整、耐蚀性良好的镀锡层。
Different additives of polyoxyethylene–polyoxypropylene–polyoxyethylene block polyether(EPE) for matte tin electroplating in methanesulfonic acid electrolyte were selected, and their dosages and combination were optimized by Hull cell test, cyclic voltammetry, Tafel curve measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and neutral salt spray test. The results showed that the tin coatings obtained with 0.50 g/L P-33 and1.00 g/L F-28 on mild steel substrates had fine-grained structure, leveled surface, and good corrosion resistance.
