摘要
研究Nb微合金化强化机理在轧制过程中的作用,结合轧制工艺的优化与应用,保证了产品组织性能符合GB1499.2-2018要求并实现稳定控制,降低了棒材HRB400E各规格抗震钢筋的成本,实现了Nb微合金化HRB400E抗震钢筋的稳定生产。
The role of Nb microalloying strengthening mechanism in rolling process was studied. Based on the optimization and application of rolling process, the product structure and properties were guaranteed to meet the requirements of GB1499.2-2018 and stable control was achieved. The cost of various specifications of anti-seismic bar HRB400E was reduced, and the stable production of Nb microalloyed HRB400E anti-seismic bar was realized.
