摘要
目的探讨RNPC1、S100A6蛋白在肺腺癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2018年3月我院保存的肺腺癌组织标本81例,同时选取癌旁组织作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法检测RNPC1、S100A6蛋白表达。结果肺腺癌组织RNPC1和S100A6蛋白阳性表达率分别为70.37%和81.49%,明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RNPC1表达与肺腺癌患者吸烟、TNM分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);S100A6蛋白表达与肺腺癌患者吸烟、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);RNPC1与S100A6蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.595,P<0.05)。结论肺腺癌组织中RNPC1和S100A6蛋白表达上调,与患者病理特征有关,可能在肺腺癌发生发展中有一定作用。
        Objective To investigate the expression of RNPC1 protein and S100 A6 protein in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods 81 specimens of lung adenocarcinoma tissue preserved in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected,and the para cancerous tissue was selected as the control,the expression of RNPC1 protein and S100 A6 protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rates of RNPC1 and S100 A6 protein in lung adenocarcinoma were 70.37%and 81.49%respectively,which were significantly higher than those in para cancerous tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The expression of RNPC1 protein were associated with smoking,TNM staging,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The expression of S100 A6 protein were associated with smoking,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);RNPC1 protein was a positively correlated with S100 A6 protein expression(rs=0.595,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of RNPC1 protein and S100 A6 protein in lung adenocarcinoma are up regulated,which is related to the pathological features of the patients,and may play a role in the development of lung adenocarcinoma.
