自拟“润燥止痒方”治疗血虚风燥型肛门瘙痒症的临床研究

摘要
目的:观察自拟"润燥止痒方"治疗血虚风燥型肛门瘙痒症的临床效果。方法:以于2015年6月-2017年8月台山市中医院肛肠科门诊120例血虚风燥型肛门瘙痒症患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组60例给予西医内外治疗,治疗组60例采用自拟"润燥止痒方"治疗,两周为一个疗程,对比两组疗效、症状评分。结果:两组瘙痒情况评分及皮损评分显著降低(P <0.01),与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后瘙痒情况评分及皮损评分均有效改善(P <0.01)。对照组治疗有效40例,治疗组有效55例,两组治疗有效率相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:自拟"润燥止痒方"治疗血虚风燥型肛门瘙痒症操作简单,且价格低廉,能有效地减轻肛门瘙痒症患者的痛苦和经济负担。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Runzao Zhiyang decoction( 润燥止痒方) on the Xuexu Fengzao type( 血虚风燥型) of anal pruritus. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by internal and external treatment with western medicine. The treatment group was given the Runzao Zhiyang decoction, for two weeks as a course. The efficacy and symptom scores were compared. Results: The pruritus score and the lesion score in two guoups were significantly less after treatment(P<0.01), those in the treatment group was higher(P<0.01). The effective number of treatments in the control group and the treatment group were 40 cases and 55 cases, and the difference in treatment efficiency was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: The Runzao Zhiyang decoction is simple and inexpensive, can effectively reduce the pain and financial burden of patients with anal pruritus.
