64例小儿静滴阿奇霉素不良反应的观察与护理措施

摘要
目的分析小儿静滴阿奇霉素不良反应的观察与护理情况。方法择取2017年1月-2018年3月我院收治的64例使用阿奇霉素小儿为研究样本。均使用阿奇霉素治疗,开展针对性护理,探究结果。结果出现过敏反应2例,12例发生肠胃不适,4例发生局部皮肤不反应。不良反应发生总概率为28.13%,病患经相关处理后,不良反应消失。结论强化小儿患者用药时不良反应观察力度。使用有效护理,可以全面缓减轻以及消除不良反应,进而提升临床疗效以及用药安全性,值得进一步推广。
Objective_To analyze the observation and nursing of adverse reactions of intravenous azithromycin in children.Methods Choose from January 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital.Sixty-four children who used azithromycin as the study sample. All patients were treated with azithromycin, and targeted nursing was carried out to explore the results.Result There were 2 cases of allergic reaction.12 cases had gastrointestinal discomfort and 4 cases had local skin reaction. The total probability of adverse reactions was 28.13%. After treatment, the adverse reactions disappeared.Conclusion Strengthen the observation of adverse reactions in pediatric patients. Effective nursing can alleviate and eliminate adverse reactions in an allround way, and then improve clinical treatment.Effectiveness and safety of medication are worthy of further promotion.
