儿童眼肿物109例临床分析

摘要
目的探讨儿童眼肿物的临床特点及治疗情况。方法回顾性分析109例儿童眼肿物的病理资料。结果 109例儿童眼肿物中良性肿物102例,睑板腺囊肿32例(35.9%),霰粒肿19例(21.4%),结膜色素痣14例(15.3%),结膜皮样瘤8例(0.89%),结膜乳头状瘤3例(0.3%),毛细血管瘤3例(0.33%),结膜囊肿18例(20.1%),结膜肉芽肿5例(5.78%),睑板与结膜肿物最常见,占肿物总数的57.63%。结膜肿物占肿物总数的42.37%。7例恶性肿瘤,视神经肿瘤3例(42.9%),视网膜母细胞瘤2例(28.55%),淋巴瘤2例(28.55%)。结论大部分儿童眼肿物根据发病特点及临床表现较容易区分,但有些肿物临床表现及特点较接近不易区分,需通过大量的临床观察总结经验,对比分析得出结论。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of children with ocular tumor. Methods A retrospective analysis of pathological data of 109 cases of pediatric ocular tumors. Results 109 cases of pediatric ocular tumor in 102 cases of benign tumor, 32 cases of meibomian gland cyst(35.9%), 19 cases(21.4%), 14 cases of chalazion nevus junction the film(15.3%) of 8 cases(0.89%) of conjunctival dermoid tumorand, 3 cases(0.3%) of papilloma, 3 cases(0.33%) of hemangioma, 18 cases(20.1%)of conjunctival cyst, 5 cases(5.78%) of conjunctival granuloma, and the most common tarsal conjunctival tumors, accounting for 57.63%. of the total mass of conjunctival tumors malignant tumors accounted for 42.37%. 7 cases of swollen content total the optic nerve tumors in 3 cases(42.9%), 2 cases(28.55%) of retinoblastoma, 2 cases(28.55%) of lymphoma. Conclusion Most children with ocular tumor according to the onset characteristics and clinical manifestation easier to distinguish, but some tumor clinical manifestations and characteristics of close not easy to distinguish, through a lot of temporary the observation of the bed is summed up, and the conclusion is drawn.
