高层建筑工程深基坑支护施工技术分析

摘要
随着城市化进程的加速和土地资源的限制,使得充分利用地下空间和高层建筑成为当代社会建筑行业的主要发展方向。所以,与之相应的深基坑工程的规模逐步扩大,并且基坑的深度也逐步增加。因此,如何保障高层建筑工程中的深基坑支护施工质量是现代建筑施工的重点和难点。建筑企业对高层建筑工程深基坑支护技术不断的创新和完善,提高施工水平,保障施工质量,是保障深基坑支护施工质量的基础。论文分析了高层建筑工程深基坑支护技术的特点、应用现状和深基坑技术种类,概述了深基坑支护技术的相关应用要点,旨在提高高层建筑工程深基坑支护施工的质量,促进我国建筑业的健康稳定发展。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the limitation of land resources, making full use of underground space and high-rise buildings has become the main development direction of the construction industry in contemporary society. Therefore, the scale of corresponding deep pit foundation project is gradually expanded, and the depth of pit foundation is also gradually increased. Therefore, how to guarantee the construction quality of deep foundation pit is the key and difficult point of modern construction. The construction enterprise to the high-rise building project deep foundation pit support technology unceasing innovation and the consummation, enhances the construction level,guarantees the construction quality, is guarantees the deep foundation pit support construction quality foundation. This paper analyzes the characteristics, application status and types of deep foundation pit support technology of high-rise building engineering, summarizes the key points of application of deep foundation pit support technology, so as to improve the quality of deep foundation pit support construction of high-rise building engineering and promote the healthy and stable development of China's construction industry.
