现代轨道交通车辆用转臂式轴箱结构及定位刚度研究

摘要
轴箱定位装置的结构及刚度参数对轨道车辆高速运行稳定性、曲线通过性能和安全性具有重要影响,而转臂式轴箱定位装置在动车组、铁路客车和各型城市轨道交通车辆中应用广泛。文章依据结构特点将转臂式轴箱定位装置分为四体式、三体式、两体式和一体式4种不同的基本形式,并对各种结构的技术特点进行了对比分析,认为CRH3型动车组的两体式转臂式轴箱结构综合考虑最优,并给出其定位刚度对各向动力学性能的影响规律。
        Mechanics and stiffness parameters of axle box positioning device had a decisive influence on the high-speed running stability, curve passing performance and safety of rail vehicles. The rotary axle box positioning device was widely used in EMU,railway passenger cars and various types of urban rail transit vehicles. According to structural characteristics, the rotary arm type axle box positioning device was divided into four basic forms: four-body type, three-body type, two-body type and one-piece type.The technical characteristics of various structures were compared and analyzed. It was pointed out that the two-body rotary arm type axle box structure of CRH3 EMU was optimized comprehensively, and the influence law of its positioning stiffness on the dynamic performance of each direction was provided.
