摘要
文章围绕智慧酒店终端服务展开研究,利用物联网、云计算、移动互联网等新一代信息技术,通过酒店内各类信息的自动感知、及时传送和数据挖掘分析,实现酒店服务的信息化、移动化和智能化,满足顾客的个性化需求,并帮助酒店达成自助服务、开源节流、快速增效的目的。
This article focuses on the smart hotel terminal service research, using the Internet of things, cloud computing, mobile Internet and other new generation of information technology, through the hotel information of all kinds of automatic perception, timely transmission and data mining analysis, To realize the informatization,mobility and intelligence of hotel service, to meet the individual needs of customers, and to help the hotel to achieve the goal of self-service, opening up sources and reducing expenditure, and increasing efficiency quickly.
