摘要

本文主要概括分析了房产项目施工管理主要职能,即为计划、控制及协调这三种职能,并深入研究并探讨了产项目施工管理及其技术手段,以便于更好地利用施工管理及其技术手段,保证房产项目施工管理各项职能作用得以充分发挥,为房产项目高效地开展施工监督奠定基础。
        This paper mainly summarizes and analyses the main functions of the construction management of real estate projects, that is, planning, control and coordination, and deeply studies and discusses the construction management of real estate projects and its technical means, so as to make better use of the construction management and technical means, to ensure that the functions of the construction management of real estate projects can be fully played, and to carry out the construction management of real estate projects efficiently. Construction supervision lays the foundation.
