高校辅导员职业倦怠成因解析及对策研究

摘要
高校辅导员是高校思政教育的关键队伍,其工作态度以及效果对高校人才培养有着至关重要的作用。高校辅导员中出现的职业倦怠,将对辅导员高效开展思想教育工作、适应社会、未来职业规划甚至身心健康造成不良影响。分析高校辅导员职业倦怠的成因,通过优化教育培养,明晰岗位职责,健全职级提升,建立良好的职业前景等应对措施,能大大减少辅导员的职业倦怠,对高效开展思政工作具有深远意义。
College counselors are the key team of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Their work attitudes and effects have a vital role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. The burnout in college counselors will have a negative impact on the counselors' effective ideological education, adaptation to society, future career planning and even physical and mental health. Analysis of the causes of college counselors' job burnout, through optimizing education training, clarifying job responsibilities, improving ranks, establishing good career prospects and other countermeasures, can greatly reduce the counselor' s job burnout, and has far-reaching significance for the efficient implementation of ideological and political work.
