摘要
在干式潜水电机(800 kW/10 kV)的基础上建立定子槽部和绕组模型,通过有限元分析方法计算电场在槽部和绕组表面分布情况,进而分析定子绝缘性能,重点探讨了定子槽部绝缘层中气隙存在时的电场分布和定子绕组绝缘层中电场的分布情况,通过对仿真结果的分析为干式潜水电机定子绝缘优化设计提供理论依据。
        The model of stator slot and winding according to the dry submersible motor was established to calculate the electric field distribution in the stator based on FEM which was used for analyzing insulation performance.The electric field distribution when air gap exists in the insulation layer of stator slots was discussed maily.The electric field distribution in the insulation layer of stator winding was researched,too.Through the analysis of simulation results we could draw some useful conclusions for the insulation optimization design of dry submersible motor.
