中医补阳还五汤对患者中医证候积分及血液生化指标的影响

摘要
目的:为了明确补阳还五汤在治疗糖尿病周围血管病变中的作用,笔者就中医补阳还五汤活血化瘀治疗对糖尿病周围血管病变患者中医证候积分及血液生化指标的影响展开研究。方法:研究对象选取我院2017年2月-2018年2月收治的糖尿病合并周围血管病变患者84例,中医证型符合血瘀型。运用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。两组患者均行控制血糖等常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组增加补阳还五汤,疗程2个月。治疗结束后,比较两组患者中医证候积分以及血液生化指标的变化情况。结果:观察组患者证候积分(10.49±3.17)分明显小于对照组(14.64±3.05)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.11,P=0.00);观察组患者治疗后TC、TG、PV明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:糖尿病周围血管病变患者在进行西医治疗的同时联合使用中医补阳还五汤活血化瘀相比较于单纯的西医治疗能够明显降低中医证候积分同时能够明显改善血液生化指标,很好的验证了其中医学原理和药理学作用,对改善患者疾病状况亦具有积极有效的作用,值得在临床上推广。
Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction( 补阳还五汤) on blood circulation and blood stasis on the TCM syndrome scores and blood biochemical indexes in patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease Methods: Subjects selected 84 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral vascular disease from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number method, with 42 cases in each group. Both groups of patients underwent routine treatment such as blood glucose control. On this basis, the observation group increased Buyang Huanwu Decoction( 补阳还五汤) for 2 months. After the treatment was completed, the TCM syndrome scores and blood biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results: The TCM syndrome scores of patients in the observation group(10.49±3.17) were significantly lower than those in the control group(14.64±3.05), and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.11, P=0.00). the tc, tG, and PV in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the observation group. in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The use of Buyang Huanwu Decoction( 补阳还五汤) combined with tcM blood circulation can significantly reduce the scores of tcM syndromes and at the same time significantly improve the blood biochemical indicators, and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
