119例干燥综合征患者血细胞参数结果分析

<正>干燥综合征(Sjogren's syndrome,SS)是一种主要累及外分泌腺体的慢性炎症性自身免疫病,临床表现形式复杂多样,由于其免疫性炎症反应主要表现在外分泌腺体的上皮细胞,故又称自身免疫性外分泌腺体上皮细胞炎或自身免疫性外分泌病~([1,2])。可分为原发和继发性干燥综合征。以40～60岁中年女性多见,口、眼干燥为常见症状,可伴有其它系统损害,如肝、肾、肺、血液等多个系统的损害。其中,最易引起血液系统的异常
