摘要

以矿用掘进机电控箱接触器常见故障处理与应用改良为对象开展研究,在分析掘进机电控箱功效的基础上,对电控箱接触器常见故障及其处理方法进行了总结分析,进而从安装步骤、应用试验和注意事项方面对电控箱接触器的应用改良进行了探讨。通过对电控箱接触器应用的改良,实现了接触器应用效果的显著改善,规避了常见问题的发生。
        Research on common faults treatment and application improvement of electrical control box contactors of mine tunneling machine was carried out. On the basis of analyzing the effect of the electric control box of tunneling machine, this paper summarized and analyzed the common faults of the electrical control box contactor, and discussed the application improvement of the electrical control box contactor from the aspects of installation steps, application tests and precautions. Through the improvement of the application of the electric control box contactor, the significant improvement of the contactor application effect was realized, and the occurrence of common problems was avoided.
