摘要
综述了维生素D_3(vitamin D_3,VD_3)的代谢和作用机制、维生素D代谢酶和维生素D受体在雌性生殖系统中的分布、VD_3与雌性生育力、VD_3与雌性激素的关系,可以为推进VD_3影响雌性生殖的分子机制和临床治疗女性生殖相关疾病的研究提供理论依据。
        This review summarizes the metabolism and mechanism of vitamin D_3( VD_3),the distribution of vitamin D metabolic enzymes and vitamin D receptor( VDR) in the female reproductive system,VD_3 and female fertility,VD_3 and estrogens,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the advancement of the molecular mechanism of VD_3 effects on female reproduction and the clinical treatment of female reproductive-related diseases.
