维生素D受体基因型FokⅠ-ff与中国人群结核易感性的Meta分析

摘要
目的应用Meta分析综合分析维生素D受体FokⅠ-ff基因型与结核易感性的关系。方法采用软件Rev Man 5.1.1,选用随机效应模型(M-H)法对纳入的10项针对中国人群的病例对照研究进行数据分析,并绘制漏斗图评价发表偏倚。结果共收录病例2892例,对照3355例,合并效应值RR为1.74(95%CI:1.20~2.52);未发现上述文献有显著的发表偏倚存在。结论中国人群FokⅠff基因型是结核的易感因子。
        Objective To analyze the association between FokⅠ-ff genotype of vitamin D receptor and the tuberculosis susceptibility in the Chinese population by means of meta-analysis. Methods Mantel-Haenszel(MH) method was applied in the data analysis for the included 10 case-control studies by using Rev Man 5.5.1 software,and funnel plot was used to estimate the publication bias. Results The cumulative cases and controls were 2892 and 3355,respectively.The consoladition effect value RR was 1.74(95%CI:1.20-2.52).Significant publication bias was not found in the above literature. Conclusion FokⅠ-ff genotype of vitamin D receptor should be associated with susceptibility of tuberculosis among Chinese population.
