我院维生素K_1注射液用药分析

摘要
目的分析该院维生素K_1注射液的用药情况,为临床合理应用维生素K_1注射液提供参考。方法随机抽取该院2017年7月使用维生素K_1注射液的门诊处方及医嘱193份,以药品说明书(2016年6月更新)为标准,参考《中华人民共和国药典·临床用药须知》(2005版)及相关文献,从维生素K_1的适应证、给药剂量、给药途径、不良反应等方面进行分析评价。结果该院应用维生素K_1的适应证合理,但存在超剂量用药现象,给药途径有待改进。结论临床应加强维生素K_1注射液的合理应用,预防药品不良反应的发生,提高用药安全性。
Objective To analyze the use of Vitamin K injection in the hospital,and to provide reference for the rational application of vitamin K_1 injection. Methods Retrospectively selected 193 outpatient prescriptions and doctor' s orders for vitamin K_1 injection in July 2017 in the hospital,with instructions( update) in June 2016 for the standard,refer to the"People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia clinical advice"( 2005 edition) and related literature,from vitamin K_1 indications,drug dosage,dosing way,adverse reactions and other aspects of analysis and evaluation. Results The application of vitamin K_1 indications in the hospital is reasonable,but there is a super-dose drug phenomenon and the route of administration should be improved. Conclusion Clinical should strengthen the rational application of vitamin K_1 injection to prevent the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,improve drug safety.
