功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床分析

摘要
目的对慢性鼻窦炎患者治疗中实施功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术方案的临床价值进行分析与评价。方法从2012年6月—2017年6月间进入该院耳鼻喉科接受治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者中方便选取100例随机分组,常规组50例实施传统手术方案治疗,而治疗组50例则实施功能性内窥镜鼻窦方案治疗,并对其临床效果、症状评分进行记录和比较。结果常规组50例有效率78.00%(39/50),治疗组50例98.00%(49/50)(P<0.05);治疗组鼻分泌物情况(3.00±1.07)分、鼻塞症状(4.12±1.10)分、头晕头痛症状(2.05±0.46)分以及嗅觉障碍症状(2.06±0.40)分,优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对于出现慢性鼻窦炎症状的患者,选择功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术方案对其进行治疗效果显著,可推广。
Objective This paper tries to analyze and evaluate the clinical value of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods 100 cases of chronic sinusitis in the hospital from June 2012 to June 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly grouped: the conventional group of 50 cases of the traditional surgery treatment, the treatment group with 50 cases implemented the functional endoscopic sinus solution treatment, and the clinical effect and symptom scores were recorded and compared. Results The curative effect of the conventional group was 78.00%(39/50), and that of the treatment group was 98.00%(49/50),(P<0.05). The nasal secretions of the treatment group was(3.00±1.07)points,nasal congestion was(4.12±1.10)points, dizziness headache symptoms was(2.05 ±0.46)points and the symptoms of olfactory disorder was(2.06±0.40)points, better than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic sinusitis symptoms, the treatment effect of the functional endoscopic sinus surgery is remarkable, and it can be promoted.
