摘要
伊拉克鲁迈拉油田油气储量丰富、单井产量很高,但地质构造复杂,尤其是南鲁迈拉区块表现更为突出,导致地层漏失严重,开发过程中的废气、废水排入地层,钻井施工过程容易发生可燃气体侵入到钻井液循环系统,进而释放到空气中引发火灾等重大事故,增加现场作业的风险。钻井施工现场对可燃气体的检测尤为重要,是人身安全、施工安全的重要保障。DML-DATALOG综合录井仪原厂没有附带可燃气体传感器,在其服务器通道里也没有对应可燃气体检测器的通道,所以无法对可燃气体和有害气体进行实时监测。通过选择合适的可燃气体检测器、对该综合录井仪服务器OPEN BSD系统命令创建可燃气体传感器新通道以及在WellWizard软件中标定传感器,实现了对可燃气体参数的实时监测。
Oil and gas reserves of Rumaila Oilfield in Iraq are abundant,individual-well producing rate is high,but tectonic structure is complex,especially south Rumaila block is more prominent,leading up to severe formation leakage,exhaust gas and waste water during the development process discharge into the formation,combustible gas is easy to invade drilling fluid circulating system during the drilling operation procedures,and then may release into the air to cause fire and other major incidents and increase the risk of field operations.The detection of combustible gases at drilling site is particularly important and an important guarantee for personal safety and operational safety.The combustible gas sensor was not attached to original DML-DATALOG Comprehensive Mud Logging Unit,and there was no corresponding channel for combustible gas detectors within the server channels,therefore it was unable to perform real-time monitoring combustible and harmful gases.By selecting a suitable combustible gas detector and creating a new channel for a combustible gas sensor in the OPEN BSD system command of the comprehensive mud logging server and calibrating the sensor with WellWizard software,real-time monitoring the parameters of combustible gases can be achieved.
