昆明市三甲综合性医院内科护士对工作场所暴力的质性研究

摘要
目的本研究旨在了解昆明市三级甲等综合性医院内科护士工作场所暴力的现状及引发医院工作场所暴力伤害护士的相关因素,对其进行分析并提出有针对性的预防和管控措施。方法对现在正在昆明市区三级甲等综合性医院内科工作并在过去一年内遭受过工作场所暴力的护士进行半结构式深度访谈,对获得的资料采用Colaizzi步骤进行分析梳理。从根本上了解医院工作场所暴力的现状和引发医院工作场所暴力伤害护士的相关因素,对其进行分析并提出有针对性的预防和管控措施,保护住院部护士安全。结果昆明市区三级甲等综合性医院内科工作护士遭受的工作场所暴力主要为医院Ⅲ型暴力。结论医院Ⅲ型暴力受多维因素的影响。为降低医院Ⅲ型暴力,医疗机构需建立应对医院Ⅲ型暴力的长效机制,采取措施提高患者信任度和满意度,以降低医院Ⅲ型暴力的发生。
Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of workplace violence among medical nurses in tertiary and first-class general hospitals in Kunming and the related factors causing workplace violence among nurses in hospitals, and to analyze and propose targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among nurses who were working in the internal medicine department of the third-class and first-class general hospitals in Kunming city and had been subjected to workplace violence in the past year. Colaizzi procedure was used to analyze and sort out the obtained data. Fundamentally understand the current situation of workplace violence in hospitals and the related factors causing workplace violence to injure nurses in hospitals, analyze and put forward targeted prevention and control measures to protect the safety of nurses in inpatient departments.Results The main workplace violence suffered by nurses working in internal medicine department of general hospitals in Kunming city was type III violence. Conclusion Type III violence in hospitals is affected by multidimensional factors. In order to reduce type III violence in hospitals, medical institutions need to establish a long-term mechanism to deal with type III violence in hospitals, and take measures to improve patients' trust and satisfaction, so as to reduce the incidence of type III violence in hospitals.
