区域管制空域短时利用率评估研究

摘要
随着对空域资源需求地不断增加,空域容量不能满足空中交通流量的需求,造成大量的拥挤和延误,空域利用存在的问题也越来越突出,需要对空域使用进行技术调整和监控。为解决上述问题,细化时间片段,考虑利用率的时变特性,综合时间空间容量流量四个维度进行区域管制空域利用率评估。首先将时段划分为繁忙时段和非繁忙时段;其次将区域管制空域分成航路交叉点附近区域和航路段分别进行计算,交叉点附近区域利用率为被占用高度层数与总高度层数之比,航路段利用率采取流容比的方法求得;最后根据流量的时空分布确定权重,建立综合区域管制空域利用率计算模型。算例分析得出某区域的短时利用率数值,结果表明该模型可以为评估区域管制空域利用率提供理论支撑。
        With the increasing demand for airspace resources, the capacity of airspace cannot meet the demand of air traffic flow, resulting in a large number of congestion and delay. The problems in airspace utilization are also becoming more and more prominent. The technical adjustments and monitoring of airspace use are needed. In order to solve the above problems, the time slice is refined, the time-varying characteristics of the utilization rate are taken into account. The airspace utilization rate of the regional control area from the perspective of time space capacity and flow is calculated. The route network area is selected to assess the utilization rate, and the area can be divided into the route intersection and route section. The utilization rate of intersection point is the ratio of the number of occupied flight level to the total flight level and the single route is the ratio of flow rate. According to the ratio of the regional flow to the total flow, the weight of them is obtained. The calculation model of the final integrated area control airspace utilization rate is established. Finally, the short-term utilization rate of a certain area is gotten. The result shows that the model can provide theoretical support for assessing the utilization of airspace in regional control area.
