经皮穿刺臭氧消融术联合综合理疗在颈椎病合并糖尿病患者中的疗效观察

摘要
目的研究臭氧注射联合综合理疗对颈椎病合并糖尿病患者的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的87名颈椎病合并糖尿病患者随机分成试验组(45人)与对照组(42人),试验组采用臭氧注射联合综合理疗,对照组使用综合理疗。采用McGill疼痛问卷、颈椎病临床评价量表和颈椎生理曲度测量两组治疗前后的颈椎功能。结果试验组与对照组的颈椎功能均有改善。试验组较之对照组,在疼痛感觉、临床体征、主观感受方面的改善明显优于对照组。结论对颈椎病合并糖尿病患者采用臭氧注射联合综合理疗可有效改善颈椎功能水平。
        Objective To investigate the curative effect of percutaneous intradiscal ozone injection combined with comprehensive physical treatment among patients with Diabetes and Cervical Spondylosis. Methods 87 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(42 persons) and treatment group(45 persons). The percutaneous intradiscal ozone injection was used in treatment group, and comprehensive physical treatment was used among control group. McGill Pain Questionnaire, clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis and cervical physiological curvature were used to evaluate the cervical function before and after therapy. Results The cervical function of both groups improved after treatment. And in contrast with control group, treatment group performed better in pain feeling, clinical signs and subjective sensations. Conclusion The usage of percutaneous intradiscal ozone injection combined with comprehensive physical treatment among patients with Diabetes and Cervical Spondylosis can effectively elevate the level of cervical function.
