铁路门式起重机综合监管平台设计研究

摘要
针对铁路门式起重机检修资源缺乏和监管手段落后等问题,分析铁路门式起重机现状及存在问题,提出铁路门式起重机综合监管平台的技术方案。从系统组成及实现功能、数据采集及编译、数据传输、数据运用等方面阐述铁路门式起重机综合监管平台技术方案;从实时运行监控、备件管理、档案管理、远程维护、故障管理、维修管理、统计分析等方面对铁路门式起重机综合监管平台的功能进行设计。中国铁路西安局集团有限公司铁路货场的门式起重机综合监管平台实践显示,应用效果良好,管理人员可以实时对设备运行状况进行监控、对设备故障进行远程修复,从而提高工作效率,保障门式起重机作业安全和操作人员人身安全。
        In view of the lack of the shortage of overhaul resources and backward regulatory measures, this paper analyzes the condition and existing problems on portal crane and put forward a technical proposal of the portal crane integrated monitoring platform. The technical proposal of comprehensive supervision platform for railway portal crane is expounded in this paper from the aspects of system composition and implementation functions, data acquisition and compilation, data transmission and data utilization. More precisely, the functions of supervision platform are designed from several aspects, such as real-time operation monitoring, spare parts management, records management, remote maintenance, fault management, maintenance management, statistical analysis and so on. The practical application of comprehensive supervision platform for portal crane in railway freight yard of China Railway Xi'an Group Co., Ltd. shows that the application effect is good. The management personnel can monitor the operating condition in real time, repair the equipment fault remotely, improve the efficiency, and guarantee the operation safety and operator of the portal crane personal safety.
