基于系统化设计过程的产品设计质量控制理论

摘要
以综合设计法为基础,借鉴系统化设计理念,建立了产品系统化设计过程模型.从分析产品质量的形成过程入手,阐述了产品设计质量的内涵,把产品的设计质量具体化到产品的功能和3个性能.定义了产品设计质量控制的概念,并且对产品设计质量的影响因素进行了具体分析,形成了产品设计质量控制的思路,针对传统产品设计存在的问题,建立了基于系统化设计理论的产品设计质量控制的初步模型,为保证产品的设计质量提供了理论基础.
It established the model of product systematic design process based on the comprehensive design method and the concept of systematic design.Through analyzing the forming process of product quality,it expounded the design quality connotation,clearly it made the design quality concretized into the product function and three performances.Defined the concept of product design quality control,analyzed the influencing factors of product design quality,formed the design idea of quality control;aiming at the existing problems of traditional product design,established design quality control preliminary model by applying systematic design theory,and it provided the theoretical basis for ensuring the product design quality.
