广东省5所三级社会办医院医疗管理现状分析

摘要
近年来,随着国家相关政策的放开,社会办医院发展迅猛。社会办医院其医疗质量如何直接关系到广大人民群众的健康利益。为了解广东省三级社会办医院医疗管理现状,探讨其发展中存在的关键问题和面临的困难,抽取了广东省5所三级社会办医院进行问卷调查及关键人员访谈,然后统计2016年度5所医院的等级、专业、性质、医师离职率、护士离职率等方面的基本情况,以及组织架构、质量标准体系引入、质量管理持续改进、信息化发展水平、人员培训形式等情况,提炼出医院在管理理念、质量监管措施等方面的典型经验。此外,通过对存在问题的分析,提出了针对性的建议,包括加快人力资源建设,加强信息化建设,寻求差异化发展道路,推进政府相关配套政策实施等。
Private hospitals have developed rapidly in China in recent years. The health-care quality of these hospitals is directly related to the health interests of the general public. In an attempt to learn the medical management in the tertiary private hospitals in Guangdong Province and to identify the major challenges in their development, we carried out a questionnaire-based survey and interviews with key staff members in five tertiary private hospitals in Guangdong Province. General information of these five hospitals in 2016 was collected in terms of grade, specialty, nature, physician turnover rate, and nurse turnover rate. Other information including organizational structure, introduction of quality standard systems, continuous improvement of quality management,informationization level, and staff training was also analyzed to summarize the hospitals' experiences in management concept and quality control. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, some useful countermeasures were proposed, such as speeding up human resource development, strengthening informationization, and pursuing differentiated development modes, and promoting the implementation of relevant supporting policies of the government.
