摘要

在霍尔三维结构的基础上,结合WBS的综合编码体系,提出基于WBS和霍尔三维结构的城市公共基础设施综合集成管理模式,并借助多级模糊综合评价方法建立了城市公共基础设施综合管理评价体系,最后就具体项目进行了实例应用。
        On the basis of systems engineering "3D model" from Hall, the paper introduces the multidimensional model integrated management of public infrastructure in the city project based on WBS, moreover summarizes the comprehensive coding system of WBS,utilizes multi-level fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method to establish the system of comprehensive appraisal, and applies it to analyze the specific project.
