摘要
为了解决目前综采工作面液压支架搬迁时间长,安全风险大等问题,文章研究了一种综采工作面液压支架装卸车装置和移动分组装卸车新工艺,并在山西右玉东洼北煤业11105综采工作面进行撤架工业性试验。试验表明,该装卸车装置实现就近装卸液压支架,性能稳定,提高搬迁效率,减少清理浮煤作业量和对底板的破坏,改善作业环境,降低作业人员的劳动强度,避免顶板垮落、断绳等事故,安全可靠,经济效益显著,具有很大的推广价值和广阔的市场前景。
Aiming at the long relocating time and high safety risk of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face,we developed a new technology of hydraulic support loading and unloading device and moving group loader in fully mechanized mining face. And the industrial test was carried out in No. 11105 fully mechanized mining face of Shanxi Youyu Dongwabei Coal Mine.The test results show that the loading and unloading device can realize nearby loading and unloading of hydraulic support,which has stable performance,enhances relocation efficiency,reduces the amount of floating coal work and damage to the floor,improves the working environment,and reduces the labor intensity of the workers. It is safe and reliable to avoid roof caving and rope breaking and has remarkable economic benefit. The technology has great promotion value and broad market prospect.
