摘要
本次试验主要探究的是硫酸氢钠催化绿色合成非诺贝特的方法,以一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂,二甲苯为带水剂,对非诺贝特酸与异丙醇的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量等因素对非诺贝特产率的影响。结果表明:硫酸氢钠有着良好的催化活性,在非诺贝特酸用量0.1mol,n(异丙醇)∶n(非诺贝特酸)=3.5∶1,催化剂一水合硫酸氢钠用量3.5g,二甲苯40mL,反应时间3h的条件下,非诺贝特产率可达88.6%,催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高的活性。
        This experiment mainly explored the green synthesis of fenofibrate catalyzed by sodium bisulfate.The esterification of fenofibrate with isopropanol was studied using sodium bisulfate hydrate as catalyst and xylene as water-carrying agent.The effects of molar ratio of alkyd to acid,amount of catalyst and amount of water-carrying agent on the yield of fenofibrate were investigated.The results show that sodium bisulfate has good catalytic activity.The yield of fenofibrate can reach 88.6% when the dosage of fenofibrate(0.1 mol,n(isopropanol):n(fenofibrate acid)=3.5∶ 1,the dosage of sodium bisulfate monohydrate is 3.5 g,xylene is 40 mL,and the reaction time is 3 h.The activity of fenofibrate is still high when the catalyst is reused for 5 times.
