摘要

随着内河航运的发展,内河水上交通安全事故时有发生,内河水上搜救越来越受到重视,但由于搜救人员专业技能缺乏,导致很多本可避免的财产却白白损失。目前,系统化的搜救技能训练刚刚起步,本文将依据内河水上搜救技能训练现状,分析当前内河水上搜救技能训练存在的一些问题,提出相关的建议和措施。
        With the development of inland navigation, traffic accidents in inland waters occur from time to time, thus inland water search and rescue has attracted more attention. However, due to the lack of professional search and rescue skills, a lot property is lost in vain. At present, the systematic training of search and rescue skills has just started. Based on the current situation of inland water search and rescue skills training, this paper analyzes some existing problems, and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
