摘要
选取2014年中国八大经济区的环境污染指标进行环境基尼系数和绿色贡献系数分析。研究表明:八大经济区化学需氧量、氨氮、二氧化硫和氮氧化物排放的环境基尼系数分别为0.22、0.17、0.32和0.24,其中二氧化硫排放的环境基尼系数较接近警戒线(0.4),需要对其分配加以控制和调整;东部沿海、南部沿海和北部沿海综合经济区的经济贡献率大于其污染物排放比例,体现的是一种绿色发展模式,而从主要污染物排放分配的空间分布公平性考虑,长江中游、大西南、东北、黄河中游和大西北综合经济区需要转变发展方式,才能缩小分配的空间差异,实现经济与环境的协调发展。
        Environmental pollution index of eight economic regions in China in 2014 was selected to analyze the environmental Gini coefficient and the green contribution coefficient.The research showed that the environmental Gini coefficients of COD,ammonia nitrogen,SO2 and NOxin the eight economic zones were 0.22,0.17,0.32 and 0.24,respectively.The environmental Gini coefficient of SO2 was close to the international warning line(0.4),which needed to be controlled and adjusted to its distribution.There had been reflected in a green development model among eastern coastal,southern coastal and the northern coastal areas,where economic contribution rate was greater than theirs pollutant emissions accounted for the proportion.From fairness considerations,in order to shorten spatial difference of the main pollutants distribution,the developing mode needed to be changed for realizing the coordinated development of economy and environment among the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the southwest,the northeast,the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the northwest areas.
