摘要
针对海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池的预应力进行合理的施工设计时,采用当前方法进行海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池设计时,难以计算出海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池在正常使用极限状态下的挠度,存在预应力筋锈蚀、断裂的问题。提出基于缓粘结预应力技术的海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池设计方法。在介绍缓粘结预应力技术在海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池应用后,计算出预应力筋与缓凝砂浆之间存在的缓粘结预应力损失以及粘结预应力的抗裂缝强度,对海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池缓粘结预应力混凝土的施工方法进行阐述,并对缓凝胶粘剂固化时间的控制和张拉时间的控制进行总结,指出缓粘结预应力技术施工过程中应该注意的事项,实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效提高海洋馆地上圆弧形表演池的防腐及抗裂缝能力,同时为缓粘结预应力的工程施工提供了重要参考价值。
        To design reasonable construction according to the marine museum on the performance of prestressed circular pool, using the method of the marine museum on the arc performance pool design, it is difficult to calculate the deflection of the marine museum on the arc performance pool in the normal limit condition, existence of pre stress reinforcement corrosion and fracture problems. This paper presents the design method of the circular arc shaped pool on the sea floor based on the slow bonding prestressed technology. Retard bonded prestressed technique in marine museum on the arc performance application pool after the introduction, the calculated bond retarded prestressed loss and anti crack strength of Unbonded Prestress between prestressed reinforcement and retarding mortar and construction method of the marine museum on the arc performance pool of retard bonded prestressed concrete are expounded, and the retarding adhesive curing time control and tension control pull time were summarized, pointed out should pay attention to the retard bonded prestressing technique in the construction process, the experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the marine museum preservation arc performance pool and anti crack ability, and provides important reference value for the construction of corrosion bonded prestressed.
