缓黏结预应力钢绞线的抗腐蚀性能试验研究

摘要
分析预应力筋腐蚀机制,通过比较几类预应力钢绞线的应力腐蚀试验结果以及材料腐蚀前后的力学性能参数,研究缓黏结预应力钢绞线的抗腐蚀性能。根据影响预应力筋应力腐蚀的主要因素进行试验设计,主要考虑不同预加应力水平下不同类型预应力钢绞线的抗应力腐蚀状况。根据试验现象,并以腐蚀后钢绞线的破断荷载平均损失百分比作为抗腐蚀性能指标进行分析,可知缓黏结钢绞线的抗腐蚀性能相对最好,无黏结钢绞线与其相近,镀锌钢绞线次之,有黏结钢绞线的抗腐蚀性能最差。
        Based on analyzing prestressed tendon's corrosion mechanism,and study the corrosion resistance of retardbonded prestressed steel wire strand through comparing the stress corrosion result of several kinds of prestressed stel wire strand and its mechanical property parameter before and after corroding.The experiment is designed according to the main influence factor of stress corrosion,which considers that corrosion resistance status of different types of prestressed steel wire strand under different prestress level.If using the average loss percent of the material's bearing-load after corrosion as the index for analyzing the corrosion resistance,it can be concluded that the corrosion resistance of retard-bonded prestressed steel wire strand is the best relatively,then unbond steel wire strand,zinc-coated steel wire strand,and the corrosion resisitance of bond steel wire strand is the worst.
