脂氧素及其受体在消化系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要
脂氧素(lipoxins,LXs)是花生四烯酸的代谢产物,具有独特的抗炎和促炎症消退的作用,而这一效应主要是由脂氧素受体所介导,同时,脂氧素及其受体在肿瘤的生物学特征中也发挥着重要作用。近年来,脂氧素因其在消化系统疾病中的保护作用而引起广泛关注,对于脂氧素及其受体机制和生物学功能的深入探索,可为人类疾病的治疗和预防提供新的途径和方法。
