摘要
根据现有多级液压缸手工装配的顺序及特点,统计汇总装配难点,针对共性装配难点,通过确定多级液压缸机械装配的适应范围、技术要求,制定工艺装置的设计方案,关键零部件设计四个方面,开展柔性自动装配工艺装置的研制,最终达提高装配效率和合格率的目的。
According to the sequence and characteristics of manual assembly of multi-stage cylinder assembly,the difficulties of assembly are summarized and analyzed. Aiming at the common difficulties,the flexible mechanical assembly process device design of multistage cylinder engine is carried out form four aspects:determining the scope of use of multi-stage cylinder,technical index,process equipment design scheme and key parts design,so as to improve the efficiency and qualification rate.
