黄芪与葶苈子配伍对上焦水饮内停大鼠的影响

摘要
目的:探讨黄芪与葶苈子配伍对上焦水饮内停大鼠心、肺功能的改善作用。方法:50只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、黄芪水煎液组、葶苈子水煎液及黄芪与葶苈子配伍水煎液组,每组10只,复合干预因素建立上焦水饮内停大鼠模型。分别给予药物干预两周,观察大鼠体质量(BW)、心指数(HWI)、肺指数(LWI)、左心室重量指数(LVWI)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短分数(LVFS)、血浆肌酸激酶(CK)、心肺组织病理学、肺灌洗液回收率、肺通透指数和肺干湿比(W/D)的改变。结果:与模型组比较,各给药组均可不同程度改善模型大鼠一般状况,BW明显升高(P<0.05),黄芪水煎液组及黄芪+葶苈子水煎液组HWI、LVWI、CK均不同程度降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),LVEF、LVFS显著升高(P<0.05);葶苈子水煎液组及黄芪+葶苈子水煎液组肺灌洗液回收率明显升高(P<0.05),肺通透指数和W/D明显降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,黄芪与葶苈子配伍后可显著改善上焦水饮内停大鼠的心肺功能。结论:黄芪与葶苈子配伍可以有效缓解上焦水饮内停大鼠的心肺损伤。
Objective: To study the improvement of heart and lung function effects of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and Semen Lepidii on the rats with harmful fluid retention in the upper jiao. Methods: Fifty rats were randomly devided into the control group, the model group, the water liquid of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari group(HQ group), the water liquid of Semen Lepidii group(TLZ group), the water liquid of compatibility Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and Semen Lepidii group(HQ+TLZ group),10 rats for each group. Rats model of harmful fluid retention in the upper jiao was established by compound intervention factor.After 2 weeks of gavage administration, changes of rat body weight(BW), heart weight index(HWI), lung weight index(LWI),left ventricular mass index(LVWI), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS), plasma creatine kinase(CK), the lung permeability index, the pulmonary alveolus pumpback amount, and the pulmonary dry wet ratio(W/D) were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, the drug-administered group can improve the general condition of the model rats to varying degrees, BW increased significantly(P<0.05); HWI, LVWI and CK in HQ group and HQ group +TLZ group were decreased(P<0.05, P<0.01), LVEF and LVFS were increased(P<0.05).The pulmonary alveolus pumpback amount in TLZ group and HQ+TLZ group was increased(P<0.05), the lung permeability index and W/D were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group, the compatibility Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and Semen Lepidii could significantly improve the heart and lung function rats with harmful fluid retention in the upper jiao. Conclusion: The compatibility Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and Semen Lepidii can effectively abate the heart and lung injury of the rats model of harmful fluid retention in the upper jiao.
