摘要
<正>血小板源生长因子(platelet-derived growth factors,PDGFs)是一种重要的结缔组织促有丝分裂因子。PDGFs及其受体可调控多种细胞过程,包括细胞增殖、凋亡、转化、血管生成、迁移、侵袭和转移等,在调节肿瘤生长、转移和肿瘤微环境等方面具有多种功能,可能代表人类肿瘤一个新的治疗靶。本文作者对PDGFs及其受体在肿瘤侵袭、转移和EMT过程中的作用和可能机制进行简要综述。1 PDGFs及其受体PDGFs最初从血小板中被发现,在组织损伤早期从血小板α颗粒释放出来,启动并加速组织创伤
