摘要
目的探讨干扰素联合布地奈德对小儿哮喘免疫平衡的作用。方法将哮喘患儿118例随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予布地奈德混悬液2 mg雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上,给予干扰素-α1b雾化吸入。观察在治疗期间临床症状的改善时间、疗效及不良反应,对比IL-4、IFN-α1b表达水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显较高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者咳嗽改善所需要的时间较少,但组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者喘息改善、哮鸣音消失、湿罗音消失的时间均明显较低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者血清IL-4表达水平下降明显,血清IFN-α1b表达水平明显上升,IFN-α1b/IL-4则升高显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论干扰素联合布地奈德有较好的临床疗效,缩短哮喘症状的改善时间,发挥免疫调节作用,调节机体免疫动态平衡的恢复。
        Objective To investigate the effect of interferon combined with budesonide on immune balance in children with asthma. Methods118 children with asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given budesonide suspension 2 mg aerosol inhalation. The observation group was given interferon-alpha 1 b aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. The improvement time,efficacy and adverse reactions of clinical symptoms during treatment were observed, and the expression levels of IL-4 and IFN-α1 b were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group needed less time to improve cough, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Compared with the control group, the time of wheezing improvement, wheezing disappearance and moist rale disappearance in the observation group was significantly lower, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,compared with the control group, the level of serum IL-4 expression in the observation group decreased significantly, the level of serum IFN-alpha 1 b expression increased significantly, and the level of IFN-α1 b/IL-4 increased significantly(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The combination of interferon and budesonide has a good clinical effect. It can not only shorten the improvement time of asthma symptoms, but also play an immunoregulatory role in regulating and correcting the recovery of dynamic immune balance.
